1. How do I cancel or change my order?
Everyone at EZ Baby Buy works very hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The majority of our business processes are automated. Because of that, it's impossible to change an order once it's been submitted.
If you no longer want an order (or an item within your order) please visit our Returns & Exchanges section.


2. How do I track my order?

You can check your shipping status online! click here. Please have your tracking number ready.


3. What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be entirely satisfied with purchase made at EZ Baby Buy. If you're not happy we welcome your return or exchange within 30 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:

The toy(s) were purchased from EZ Baby Buy.
The toy(s) is new and unused with no signs of wear or use.
Any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.
Any dollhouses, tricycles or play kitchens have not been assembled.

THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

A. USE THE "RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM"

Shipments from EZ Baby Buy are packaged with a customized "Return/Exchange Form". Simply fill out the form and enclose it with your shipment.

If you don't have the original "Return/Exchange Form", please contact us. We'll be happy to e-mail, mail or fax you another.

B. SEND US YOUR RETURN

For your protection and to help ensure you get a full refund, we recommend the following:

Use the original packaging materials and box.
Ship the return with UPS or USPS with insurance.
Send your return to:

C. GET A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT


1-2 weeks upon receipt and inspection EZ Baby Buy will issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, point discounts, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
For example, if you return an item that is $20 and used a 10% off coupon, $18 will be refunded. Additionally, the value of our Free Shipping promotion will be deducted.


The original purchasing credit card is issued a refund within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). It typically takes 1-5 additional business days for the refund to post or appear on a credit card statement.

Items received as gifts are eligible for store credit or item exchange.

Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Refused shipments/orders will be assessed a 10% restocking fee, the cost of return shipping, or both at the discretion of EZ Baby Buy. The assessment will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. When wlll my order ship?
MOST ORDERS SHIP WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY
Our warehouse staff works hard to ship most orders within one business day.

The following applies to customers who request Ground Shipping.

Orders placed by:
12Noon EST Monday - Friday Usually Ship Within 24 Hours*
Anytime Saturday - Sunday Usually Ship The Following Business Day*

The following applies to customers who request Second Day Air or Three Day Select Shipping.

Orders placed by:
12Noon EST Monday - Friday Ship The Same Day*
Anytime Saturday - Sunday Ship The Following Business Day*

* If the order is placed on a holiday or if the regularly scheduled ship date falls on a holiday, the order will ship the next business day.


5. How much do you charge for shipping?
FREE SHIPPING!!

EZ Baby Buy is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders.

There are a few exceptions to our free shipping policy.

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and Military address incur a pass-through shipping surcharge.

Some oversized or very heavy items also incur pass-through shipping surcharges.

Orders that ship via UPS Three Day Select or UPS Second Day Air do not qualify for free shipping and incur additional shipping costs.
If there are ever any shipping fees associated with your order those fees are always listed within the product description and throughout the checkout process.

6. Do you ship outside of the United States?
EZ Baby Buy does not ship to non-US, international destinations at this time.
