EZ Baby Buy contains still and motion picture electronic images, graphics, and other materials (collectively "Content"), which is provided under license or agreement from third-party Content providers. EZ Baby Buy owns copyrights in the selection, arrangement and coordination of such Content. EZ Baby Buy does not make any representations or warranties as to the usefulness, completeness or accuracy of such Content. User indemnifies EZ Baby Buy against any liability arising out of user"s reliance on the completeness or accuracy of such Content.
